Anyone who sees your recovery seed may be able to access your assets, so never photograph it, type it into a website, or share it.

Your recovery seed is the master backup to your wallet. Trezor Support will never ask you to reveal it. There is no legitimate setup step that requires entering your seed into a website, sending it in a message, or sharing it with a support agent.
